# Preview & Email the Quote

Once the Quote has been reviewed and finalized, it is ready to be shared with the customer.

BuilderTek includes pre-designed email templates that allow you to send professional proposals directly from the Quote screen.

#### Step 1: Open the Quote and click "Preview & Email."

A new communication window will open.

#### Step 2: Review and complete the email details.

Verify:

* Customer email address
* Subject line
* Email template
* Signature
* Quote value
* Attached documents

Ensure that all pricing, project information, and customer details are accurate before sending.

#### Step 3: Click "Send."

The Quote will be delivered directly to the customer for review and approval.
