# Create Customer Contacts

After the customer account exists, create the related contact records for the people involved.

## Typical Contact Types

* Applicants or customers
* Vendors
* General contractors
* Other project stakeholders

## Steps

1. Open the customer account.
2. Locate the `Contacts` section.
3. Use the dropdown next to `Contacts`.
4. Click `New`.

5. Enter the contact details:
   * Name
   * Phone number
   * Email address
   * Any additional information needed
6. Click `Save`.

## Result

The new contact is now attached to the customer account and available for future communication and workflow steps.
