# Review and Compare Bids

Use the RFQ `Review` tab to monitor vendor status and compare submitted pricing.

## Track Vendor Responses

Filter vendors by `Email Sent`, `Quote Submitted`, `Modification Requested`, `Modification Submitted`, and other statuses. Use `Send Reminder Email` when a response is overdue.

## Request a Modification

1. Select the vendor.
2. Click `Request Modification`.
3. Enter the required revision or clarification.
4. Send the request.

The vendor can revise and resubmit the bid. BuilderTek retains prior versions.

## Review Bid Versions

Click `Bid Versions` beside a vendor to compare quantities, unit rates, and totals between submissions.

## Level Bids

1. Select two or more vendors with submitted quotes.
2. Click `Level Bids`.
3. Compare each vendor's quantity, unit rate, line total, and overall total side by side.

Confirm that vendors priced the same scope before choosing by total. Missing quantities or exclusions can make a lower bid misleading.
